PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, VALUATION & ESTATE AGENCY SURVEYING DIVISION

We are glad to announce that the Property Consultancy and Valuation Surveying (PCVS) Division of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) has changed its name to Property Management, Valuation & Estate Agency Division (PMVS). This is a welcome move to name the various roles and profiles of a Real Estate person. All three areas of work, Property Management, Valuation and Estate Agency are regulated areas and require licensing.

Fortunately, the RISM conducts Direct Final Examinations to enable any degree holder to become a property professional. We are happy to be associated with the RISM and support its growth through providing coaching and tuition for students who aspire to pass the examinations of the RISM.

REAL ESTATE LICENCE CLASSES 2011 & 2012

We are entering our record 6th year of providing tuition and coaching classes in real estate licensing. We prepare students to sit for the Direct Final examinations of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia. This is the only examination that a graduate of any degree can pass to become a property professional.

It is convenient because the classes are run on Saturday afternoons from 1400 hours to 1630 hours also because it suits working peopl's schedule.

It is attractive because professors and professionals with years of experience conduct the tuition. Emphasis is given to passing examinations. Past years' question papers are thoroughly analysed and guidance and coaching given to students.

Each subject consists of 2-hour sessions, stretching over 10 weeks on Saturdays. Two subjects are run per week.

The fees are still being maintained at the same level as when we started out. You pay RM1200 per subject or RM2400 for every two subjects taken.

Classes new intake or those who have not sat for the papers for 2011 - 2012 will begin this July. Watch this space.
